Arik Torren
Arik has 35 years of industry experience, with the last 14 years as an importer and brand developer. He was one of the pioneers of mezcal in the US and a visionary of Mexican spirits beyond mezcal. He was the first to introduce the categories of Raicilla, Tutsi, Cucharilla, Palmilla, and Lechuguilla. Arik’s curiosity is just one of his motivators that will drive Lot001 to its greatest potential
Cameron Holck
Cameron Holck graduated with an Environmental Engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines and quickly realized he had a passion for hospitality and spirits. Over a short period of time, he climbed the ranks from barback to national ambassador. In that time, he has shown himself to be a welcomed and impactful voice in our community with a talent for educating. His varied background and personable approach make him perfectly suited to carry out the mission of Lot001.
